I just came back from Bali after three weeks holiday and its truly an amazing place.. Cafe Bali was my favorite of all the lovely places we went to.. You just gave me my badly needed bali fix.. It really works wonderfully if you catch one of those hideous sinus infections with the horrible soar throat and really stuffy head and can't breathe well. In fact, it works better then any medicine I ever took! I use my neti pot often to keep my nasal passage clear. Warm water with a little non iodized salt, and if you have a sinus infection, a little tincture of golden seal and it's AMAZING how fast you are breathing freely again. As far as the other things though, I can't stick anything weird up my nose or out my throat...(to strong a gag reflex!) and I'm not going to put any icky urine into the mix. To much for me! But I truly recommend the neti pot for anyone. It's the best way to "keep your nose clean" and it's the best cure for colds and sinus infections I've ever used and I'm a good person to ask since I'm a singer who's been plagued with sinus infections until I discovered this wonderful cure! (Which by the way, is the fasted thing I've ever tried. Even faster then what the doctor will give you!!!) I really am a true believer in using the neti pot to cleanse the sinuses.
